Ticket Terms & Conditions.

Ticket terms and conditions are in addition to any others shown on the Event Organisers' website, schedule and catalogue. 

Your Visit.

The Show advise that due to the uneven nature of the terrain of the Event it may at times be difficult for visitors to the Show to move around freely.  All visitors enter at their own risk and are advised to wear suitable footwear. All Show content is subject to change.

Photos will be taken on show day by the show’s official photographers and may be published on the show’s social media platforms and in future shows publications. All traders, exhibitors and the general public who have entered the show by ticket may be included within these photos. The show does not accept any liability of any photos published

Online Ticket Orders

Once purchased, tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged, refunded or returned.  In the event of non-delivery, duplicate tickets will not be issued (copies of electronic tickets can be requested).  The ticket purchaser is responsible for ordering to ensure timely receipt of their ticket.  Customers are advised to check their purchase upon receipt.  It is the responsibility of the customer to inform the Show secretary of any change of address, contact phone number or email address both before and after receipt of the goods.  Please note our preferred method of contact for customers ordering online is by email, so care should be taken to provide a current, valid email address.  Tickets are valid for the show day only.

Advance tickets are available at a discounted price until midnight on 4 September 2026, after this time tickets can be purchased online, but will be charged at show day gate prices.

Your e-ticket will be available for printing after purchase.  You will not receive a further copy in the post – the e-ticket is all you need for entry! Tickets will be on a printable page.  Please ensure you have printed ALL your e-tickets in advance of the Event or download your ticket onto a smartphone for verification upon arrival at the Show. 

Only one print-out of each e-ticket can be used and once scanned, the e-tickets are no longer valid.

There is a re-admission policy where persons must make gate staff aware that they wish to re-enter the site before leaving the showground.  A wristband will be issued by gate staff which must be shown to gain re-entry.

Cancellation, Alteration, Postponement or Abandonment of the Event

The Organisers shall not be liable in respect of any loss or damage whatsoever arising from the abandonment, alteration, cancellation or postponement of the Event or any such eventuality.

Disclaimer of Liability

Any tickets, badges, car park labels and hospitality packages are sold subject to the Organisers reserving the right to refuse admission to the Event to any person, or to withdraw permission at any time to remain at the Event and shall not be required to give any reason for such action.  Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the Organisers or anyone for whom they are responsible, neither the Organisers of the Event, nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to attendees, visitors, exhibitors, animals, owners, riders, grooms, support workers, spectators, land or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever.

Data Protection

We aim to set the best practice in relation to Data Protection and the acts regarding it.  As part of our service to you, we would like to advise you that the details of your transaction including name, address, credit card details, email address and contact telephone number will be retained on our database to provide a record of your transaction and to facilitate the correct handling of this and any future bookings.

Your contact information may be used to provide further information about this Event from the Organisers or to find out your views and opinions on this Event.  However, you will have the opportunity to unsubscribe to any such communications.  If you do not wish to receive further information please email the Show secretary.
